Your document must be in electronic format (if you only have a paper copy, you can scan it or take a photo of it using your phone to create an electronic copy).
You must have access to a phone or computer with a webcam and a microphone
You must be able to show the notary one piece of valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification (driver’s licence, passport, Ontario photo card, Canadian Citizenship card with photo, Canadian Permanent Resident Card with photo). Unfortunately, we are not permitted to accept Health Cards as a form of identification.
